This collage was inspired by gestures of ink on paper. I drew with ink expressively, then collaged all the gestures together. I focused on expanding beyond the page and adding 3D elements, while also focusing on weight and composition to create a balanced image.
This was shown in the Drawing at First Site exhibition at OCADu.
